Working together to make a better English Riviera

The Torbay Hospitality Association (THA) has been successful in promoting the tourism industry in the English Riviera for over 90 years.

Torbay Hospitality Association logoThe THA is a self-funding association, and was set up to represent and promote the interests of Local Tourism, to channel collective effort in marketing the area and meeting the needs of visitors, thus generating benefits for both visitors and businesses alike.

Torbay Hospitality Association Information & RulesMembership is open to any individual, business or organisation that provides tourism related services or goods and has a keen interest in the development of Tourism in the area. At present there are approximately 160 members, which include attractions, restaurants, accommodation providers, shops and suppliers of commercial services to the hospitality industry, to name but a few.

There are many benefits of membership, not least a discount on advertising rates in the THA’s Holiday Guide, produced annually and circulated to destinations and individuals across the UK.

Other benefits of membership include regular invites to short networking meetings held approximately every two months alongside the opportunity to take part in social events.

Also offered is an enhanced entry onto the Torbay Hospitality Association website which includes photographs, contact details and description and a link to the member's own website/email address.

The membership year runs from September to August in conjunction with brochure production. (Membership will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the membership year plus the following year's membership fee.)
